Anyone from high school dropouts to veteran operators! No startup is too early for us; we want to be your partner from Day 0 in order to help you build a successful business. You may have already started building and generated some traction, or your company may still be an idea; it doesn’t need to be incorporated.

Note that you are welcome to  apply more than once if your initial application was unsuccessful. Your company may be in any industry or located anywhere in the world. You’ll never need a referral to get our eyes in front of your business plan.

No! All of the companies we invest in receive access to 1:1 dedicated support  from the Secure Wave Finance team. We do not operate cohorts or batches as you might encounter in a typical accelerator.

No - this is not guaranteed. We do share founders’ applications with investors in our network where there could be a great fit, in a curated way. Since this match-making process is tailored towards our angels’ and VCs’ preferences, not every application will be shared with every investor. If you’d like to opt-out of the possibility of your application being shared, please email info@securewavefinance.com and we will respect your decision (and no worries - this does not impact the status of your application to Secure Wave Finance Alpha).

We expect to invest in 10-15 companies a year through Secure Wave Finance Alpha. We focus all our resources, time and effort to each companies success so that you can raise an insane series A after Secure Wave Finance. We are thoughtful and deliberate about crafting a specific plan for each company.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee individualized feedback for every single applicant, but you can expect to hear back from us with a decision either way.

We will review the application and invite founders to a follow-up meeting. In those meetings, we will talk through the details of the application and share more about what it's like to work with Secure Wave Finance.

We’re looking for exceptionally talented founding teams with the technical + operational chops needed to build a business. We are also trying to see if we can help directly change trajectory for the company.

Not necessarily! We’re primarily looking for companies that are raising their first formal round of financing from an institutional investor. We expect that some companies at this stage will still be in the ideation phase; others may be generating revenue from a small set of initial customers.

Yes! You submit one application, which automatically has the chance of being seen by our curated group of top pre-seed angels, domain experts, and pre-seed funds. They see your application at the same time as we see it. We see this as a win-win for both Alpha founders and investors.
